Bia Ganbreise is a dedicated Gluten Free Bakery based in West Cork. Our brands include 'Gookies' and 'Utterly Nutty Florentine'.

They manufacture Biscuits, Cereals, Flour Mixes, Cookie Dough, Granolas and Savoury Mixes (Gravy/Stuffing). They also produce two of their own branded items - "Gookies" a chilled gluten free dough for retail and catering, and "Utterly Nutty Florentine" a biscuit like treat that has almonds drizzled with honey and a bed of chocolate.

They also contract manufacture for large national and international distributors and supermarket chains.
