De Roiste are a West Cork based company producing artisan black and white puddings to the retail and foodservice trade.

We are De Roiste Foods, a new company which produces Artisan Black and White Puddings to the retail and food service trade. The company began production in March '12, with the aspiration of becoming the market leader in our respected area. We are a family run business in the 'Gaeltacht' area of Ballyvourney in West Cork.

Jimmy Allen set up the business, with his wife Maire and their three sons. The De Roiste Foods brand is founded on the ethos of combining family traditions with practical knowledge of food production.
