"We supply our products to both the Irish and export markets. We are a second generation family business taking our name from the nearby Youghal Bay (pronounced 'Yawl'), where the deep, clear seawater meets the dramatic East Cork coastline.

Inspired by the rich local fishing heritage and the beauty of our natural surroundings, Yawl Bay Seafood Ltd. was established by Jim Browne in 1986, as a small artisan cottage smokehouse. Today Jim's son, David Browne, is responsible for running the family business, sharing his father's passion for supplying only the finest seafood worldwide."
