At The Cultured Food Company we have a new product that we're very excited about
It is an organic, fermented veggie tonic with ginger. It is unpasturised, raw, with live cultures. Made with earthy beetroot with a twist of zingy ginger this fermented infusion is alive and kicking. You can enjoy straight, add to a vinaigrette or even try it in a cocktail. It has a low sugar content due to the fermentation process, and is suitable for vegans. By drinking 1 glass of Beet Kvass in the morning and night it will act as an excellent blood tonic, promote regularity, aid digestion, alkalize the blood, cleanse the liver and work as a good treatment for kidney stones and other ailments.
We will be showcasing at the Cork Veg Fest on April 27th in City Hall, Cork and at Bloom Festival in Phoenix Park from May 30th - June 3rd.
