You may be thinking of getting some extra help over the next few months and if so, we would love if you would consider a student from UCC.

We would be interested to hear from you regarding placement opportunities in the following areas:
· Food Science & Product Development
· Operations
· Sales
· Procurement
· Marketing (Traditional & Digital – SEO, Social Media, Content Development)
· Logistics / Supply Chain
· Customer Services
· PR & Communications
· Food Quality
This year there will be approximately 1000 students from UCC going on placement – please see the attached brochure outlining all the courses that have an accredited placement as part of their degree programme. Should any of the other programmes be of interest, we can connect you with the relevant placement manager.
Students are available for placement from the middle of March for a 5/6 month placement. If you would like to participate, we would be very happy to answer any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to ring or email us. To start the process, we need a job description to circulate to the students and they will apply if interested. We will then forward CVs to you for review and selection for interview. Students are generally paid at minimum wage, many students cannot sustain an unpaid placement for 6 months.
We would appreciate if you could please let us know if you are interested as soon as possible so that we can organise an interview date. As always we will co-ordinate interviews and provide interview rooms on campus if you wish to use the facilities here in UCC.
